Naihomy began her own wellness journey after the birth of her second son, shedding 50 pounds without restrictions, maintaining her progress year after year, while honoring her foodie identity.

Motivated by her transformation, she launched her coaching business, driven by a desire to show her community that achieving health goals can be fun, simple, and sustainable. She’s also the host of the WELLthy Generation Podcast, a podcast dedicated to the women of color who desire to be seen and guided by culturally relevant wellness stories, and break through societal pressures what wellness should look like.

Naihomy is a Bronx raised Dominicana, wife, and mother of two, who loves eating good food, going to gym classes and reggaeton concerts.
