Episode 212: How to Reconnect with Your Inner Self | Jennifer Zoga

Jennifer Zoga was born and raised in Honduras. She came to the US at the age of 9 and had to learn English. Despite facing bullying, discrimination, and rejections from her classmates, she managed to always show kindness to others which became her life mission.

Jennifer completed both her bachelors in Communications and her Master of Science in Counseling Education. Her focus was to work in Higher Education to help her community elevate. She worked with high school teens and college students for over 7 years and in 2020, she launched her own business.

Jennifer’s mission is to help women navigate from self hate to self love. She shares her journey of finding herself and defeating depression after marriage and kids. She spends her time pouring love to women through her 8 week coaching program.

Her motto is “doing that sh*t scared” which is how she continues to overcome obstacles. Jennifer is determined to inspire as many women to prioritize themselves and become in love with who they are!

Many of us are just really wanting to be seen and we don’t necessarily have friends or family who are equipped with the skillset in order to create an environment where that is actually possible. That’s why we love the work that Jennifer and so many incredible coaches in our community as Latinos are doing.

We want to thank Jennifer for her vulnerability during today’s episode. Time and time again, when we lean into our transparency, we’re giving other people permission to start reflecting on their own journeys which invites healing in their own lives. Gracias hermana!
