Episode 152 Highlights:

  • Stop comparing your chapter 1 to another person’s chapter 30
  • Jealousy is a normal emotion to feel
  • Your journey is your journey
  • Allow yourself to feel what you’re feeling in that moment
  • Don’t believe everything you see, especially on social media
  • We all have an “inner hater”
  • It’s not your responsibility to save the world
  • The Universe does not give you the things that you’re not ready to handle
  • You have accomplished so much more than you realize
  • CELEBRATE👏🏼ALL👏🏼YOUR👏🏼WINS
  • The timing of your life is right on time
  • And much more!

Listen y’all. It’s normal to feel those feelings of “why them & not me?” from time to time. In this day & age, social media plays a HUGE role in how we can fall into the comparison trap. Everyone only like to show the highlight reels of their life experiences. And it can definitely feel like you’re falling behind in life when all you see is win after win after win.

Understand this. What you see and what is reality ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. We need to stop comparing our stories to someone else’s. We are all unique in our own way and we all have a gift and a purpose in life. Stop falling down the rabbit hole of comparison and start focusing on what YOU can do for YOUR life. No one else’s. That’s when your life will begin to change.

Focus on yourself and watch your life get better.
